Physics and Astrophysics have been my longtime career in various forms. During my over 15 years teaching within the IGCSE, A Level and IB programmes, I have also acted as Lead teacher of Physics at an international school, written an exam preparation guide for the IB Diploma course and have taught revision courses for IB Diploma HL Physics. I am skilled at getting struggling students back on track as well as extending the knowledge and skills of those who excel in the subject. Many of my students have gone on to attend both Ivy League and Red Brick universities, as well as obtaining internships at institutions such as CERN.

My academic background is in Astrophysics and Cosmology, and I have recently been awarded a PhD Early Universe Cosmology. Early on, I discovered a passion for teaching and completed my Postgraduate Certificate in Education in 2005. I began teaching in the UK teaching GCSE and A Level Physics before moving on to work in several international schools in Europe. I have developed methods for online tuition and exam revision that have a proven track record. I am proud to have supported DP1 students go from a Level 4 in HL Physics to a level 7 and maintain that level through DP2. I am fully committed to guiding and motivating students to achieve their goals when it comes to their Internal Assessments, Extended Essays and further studies in the area of Physics.
