With over three decades of experience teaching French to middle and high school students, I am skilled at creating goal-oriented and interactive learning experiences which truly allow learners to flourish in their language development. I am an experienced IB French B examiner, and teach both IB French and Spanish Language B and Ab-Initio as well as the Cambridge IGCSE French and Spanish programmes. Additionally, I prepare students for the Delf Junior Exams (A1, A2, B1, B2).

Passionate about languages, I completed my undergraduate studies in Romance Philology, specialising in French language and literature. I began teaching in 1988 and am known for my ability to create a great rapport with my students and establish a safe place for them to practise. I believe in the power of interaction as a fundamental tool for language practice. Language lessons need to be dynamic and engaging where we’ll work together towards achieving specific learning goals.
