With over 15 years in education, I bring expertise as both a teacher and an IB examiner, a role which has given me insight into the requirements for high-stakes assessments. Throughout my career, I've crafted strategies and materials for exam success and have extensive experience helping students with Extended Essays and Internal Assessments. I swiftly identify students' challenges, creating effective strategies for their academic success, whether studying the IGCSE or IB curriculum. In my classes, I like to create a collaborative learning approach, where the student is always the protagonist. Participation and engagement are key to success in the learning process.

I hold undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Education. I started teaching IGCSE in 2009, then the IB and have been examining for the IBO since 2016. Between 2017 and 2019 I was a member of the committee to create the new IB Business Management Guide. This deep knowledge of the IB curriculum and my role as an examiner provides valuable insights into areas where students commonly lose marks, enabling me to create targeted activities that address typical mistakes or misunderstandings related to different command terms.

I find joy in motivating students to reach their highest potential and nurturing curiosity through education, and this includes assisting students with special needs to achieve their goals for learning. In both iGCSE Business Studies and IB Business Management, I leverage case studies as my primary resource, drawing from a vast collection. Additionally, I utilise past papers to enhance students' preparation.
