I am an experienced IGCSE and IB Geography teacher whose career has taken me to the UK, South America and Europe, allowing me to gain experience teaching students of various abilities and cultural and linguistic backgrounds. My positive and enthusiastic approach, coupled with my ability to build a stimulating learning environment has enabled me to guide my students to consistently great results. Taking a student-centred approach, I skilfully guide IB students though independent tasks such as internal assessments and extended essays.

I undertook undergraduate studies in both Geography and History before completing a Postgraduate Certificate of Education in Secondary Geography. I am a positive and enthusiastic practitioner, fully dedicated to my students' success. My IBDP and IGCSE Geography student's results have been consistently excellent over my career, a reflection of my experience in building a stimulating curriculum, tailored teaching strategies, making effective use of resources, and giving clear and actionable instructions and feedback to my students so they can achieve to their full potential.
