About:

I'm passionate about education and mathematics, and I've been tutoring students in math for as long as I can remember. I am an IB Maths expert, with knowledge of both the AI and AA courses at standard and higher level. As Head of Mathematics, I have a deep understanding of the expectations of the IB and this experience has honed my skills in helping students prepare for exams and guiding their internal assessments and extended essays. I find enormous satisfaction in seeing students achieve their goals and reach their full potential in Maths.

Teaching experience and approach:

I have a bachelor's and master's in Mathematics and am currently undertaking a PhD in Mathematics also. I adapt my teaching approach to meet the individual needs of each student. Throughout my teaching career, I've learned that understanding, patience, and motivation are key factors in helping students succeed. I take pride in being a patient and understanding teacher, always willing to go the extra mile to help students grasp challenging concepts. I believe that each student has their own unique learning style, and it's my job to help them understand math in a way that works best for them.
