Hello! I’m a dedicated educator with over five years' experience teaching in both primary and secondary schools. My passion for learning and commitment to student development have shaped my teaching philosophy and driven me to create engaging, supportive environments where students can thrive. My background in teaching and learning has equipped me with the skill set to deliver individualised lessons and tasks for learners to develop and grow, across a wide range of subjects and topics.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in History and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the privilege of working with students across various age groups. In primary schools, I focused on foundational literacy and numeracy skills, employing a wide range of activities and interactive lessons to make learning enjoyable and effective. I believe that building a solid foundation is crucial for students’ long-term academic success, and I take great pride in fostering a love for learning in my younger students.

In secondary education, I have taught subjects History, Geography and Religious Education. Here, my role expanded to include preparing students for standardised assessments and equipping them with critical thinking skills necessary for further education and beyond. I thrive on the challenge of helping older students develop their own voice and analytical skills, guiding them as they explore complex concepts and ideas.
