During my long career I have held a number of leadership roles including Principal of an International School, MYP coordinator and DP coordinator. However, teaching math has always been the most satisfying and rewarding role. Being an IB examiner and IA moderator gives me a unique point of view so that I can assist my students to better themselves in their exams and independent tasks such as internal assessments and the extended essay. As well as the IB, I have considerable experience teaching Maths to IGCSE and A Level, having worked 7 years in an international school following the UK curriculum.

I hold a Master of Education and throughout my two decades of teaching experience I have worked mainly in international schools following the IB and UK curriculum, teaching middle school to high school. I can easily say that my educational philosophy is based on that all students are capable of achieving higher levels of understanding when guided by the appropriate method of teaching. I believe that every student is different with an individual way of learning and I always try to reflect this in my lessons.
