Client Terms & Conditions

  1. Fees and Payment Fees are automatically charged 5 days after you receive the invoice for lessons taken (this gives you time to check any queries). There is a one off enrolment fee of 100 Swiss Francs per family, which covers all students and any number of tutors.  A card must be registered on our system before lessons can begin.  
  • Satisfaction with tutor If you would like a change of tutor, we guarantee to make this change without fuss and offer a free 30 minute trial with a new tutor.
  • Cancellation & Scheduling Please cancel or re-schedule a lesson by contacting your tutor with at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. If a lesson is shortened without prior agreement of the tutor, the lesson will be charged as though it had taken place for the pre-agreed duration.
  • Assignments Although the tutor will work with the school curriculum, they will not do homework or assignments for their students.
  • Results We strive to provide the best possible service. However, we are not accountable or responsible for the academic results achieved by the student.  Although we will do everything in our power to help students to improve their grades, we offer absolutely no guarantee in this respect.
  • Liability TutorsPlus is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or similar damages arising out of use of our tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of our materials. The client specifically waives any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service. The company carries an insurance policy covering any damage accidently caused by tutors while teaching in your home.
  • Tuition in students’ homes & online Another adult (in addition to the tutor) must be in the vicinity at all times.

  • Changes to terms and conditions TutorsPlus reserves the right to change the terms and conditions above at any time and will inform existing clients if any changes are made.
