I have been teaching since the year 2000, and have vast experience teaching Economics and Business over a range of curricula including the IB, IGCSE and A Level. Within the IB Diploma Programme, I am also an experienced ESS and TOK teacher as well as a supervisor and examiner of the World Studies Extended Essay. I am an IB HL Economics examiner and Extended Essay examiner since 2008 and AQA A Level Economics examiner since 2001. I bring my extensive experience as an examiner to guide students to an understanding of what is expected in exams and assessments, alongside instilling in them a genuine interest for the subject.

I hold undergraduate studies in Business Studies and Economics as well as a master's in Professional Education, specialising in International Education. I went on to teach in schools across the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia. I know all students are different, as are their learning environments and expectations, so I draw on decades of experience to create bespoke teaching and learning to meet my students' needs. I combine expert subject knowledge with a friendly and patient approach. Not only do my students experience improved grades, but also improved motivation and enjoyment of their studies.
