I am an enthusiastic, resourceful, and goal-driven educator. With a strong commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every student. A certified teacher, I teach Spanish and Portuguese for IGCSE, A Level and IB. Currently, I support self-taught language programmes at several IB United World Colleges. Working as an IB Examiner and Extended Essay moderator for Spanish, Portuguese and World Studies. Within the IB, I teach all courses for Spanish and Portuguese from Ab-Initio through to Language A: Literature, supporting Internal Assessments and also offering expert guidance for the World Studies Extended Essay.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education specialising in teaching Spanish and Portuguese. Over the years I have enjoyed a rich career in prestigious international schools across the Middle East and Europe. This has included Head of the Portuguese Department in my last school. Currently, I work as an online teacher and tutor, partnering with TutorsPlus and several schools worldwide. I am adaptable and versatile, with the talent and skills to create inspiring, hands-on lessons. My classes facilitate learning and help students reach their full potential.

My approach is flexible, ensuring that each student’s unique learning style and abilities are addressed. I also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling me to build meaningful relationships with students, faculty, and parents. I consistently diversify my strategies and activities, as I believe that student motivation is essential for academic success. My goal is always to create a harmonious and engaging learning environment.
