Meet our training consultant

With over 30 years of experience, Karen specialises in teacher development, curriculum design and research-informed practice. Her roles include Director of Education at the International School of Geneva, Head of Educational Research at The Bridge at Wellington College, Affiliate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and Associate Professor at Durham University. Karen holds a PhD from Georgetown University.

Passionate about inclusive education, Karen helps schools strengthen teaching and learning across culturally, linguistically and neurodiverse communities.
