Our training
We help your staff strengthen their teaching practice and respond to the opportunities and challenges of international education.
Each of these training areas can be adapted to your school’s needs. CPD can be delivered online or in person, in one-off sessions or over a course of sessions.

Courses we offer
Inclusive teaching
Equip your staff with practical strategies to meet diverse learning needs. This training helps your teachers build skills in differentiation, supporting neurodivergent learners and designing lessons.
Supporting multilingual learners
Help your teachers support students who are learning through an additional language. Your staff will explore ways to develop academic vocabulary, clarify instructions and adapt teaching so multilingual learners can participate fully.
Developing independent learners
Give your teachers the tools to help students take greater ownership of their learning. Your staff will learn how to embed planning, reflection and effective study strategies into everyday lessons, gradually building students’ confidence and independence.
Creating belonging and intercultural understanding
Support your staff in creating a school community where students from different cultural backgrounds feel understood, valued and included. This training explores practical approaches to student transitions, intercultural communication and classroom relationships that strengthen belonging.
Leading teaching and learning
Invest in your middle leaders, department heads and aspiring leaders so they can guide their teams with confidence. This training develops skills in coaching, constructive feedback and collaborative planning, helping your leaders turn school priorities into improvements in teaching practice.
