Meet our accreditation consultants

Karen has over 30 years of experience, her roles have included: Director of Education at the International School of Geneva, Head of Educational Research at The Bridge at Wellington College, Affiliate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes University and Associate Professor in Practice at Durham University. Karen holds a PhD from Georgetown University.

Alex has over 30 years’ experience in international education, including senior leadership and IB Diploma Programme coordination at the International School of Geneva. An IB Principal Examiner, paper author, workshop leader and DP Evaluation Lead, she brings extensive expertise in evaluation, accreditation and programme development. Alex works collaboratively with school leaders to strengthen evidence, prepare for evaluations and support sustainable improvement.

Keith’s experience has included: working as Assistant Director of Professional Studies at the International School of Geneva, teaching IB Chemistry in Canada and Switzerland, and serving on an IB accreditation team.

Paul is an experienced education leader and Ofsted inspector with over 18 years’ experience across education leadership, and quality assurance. He brings detailed knowledge of the new Ofsted inspection toolkit and a strong understanding of educational standards and compliance. He also supports institutions organisation through BSO and OEAS accreditation..
