About:
I’m a native French speaker and have been teaching French since 2005, working primarily with teenagers and young adults. I have mainly taught in American and British international schools, specialising in preparing students for their IGCSE and IB French B examinations, as well as IB internal assessments and extended essays. Most recently, I was appointed as a Pearson Edexcel IGCSE French Examiner, a role that further deepens my understanding of exam expectations and allows me to support my students with even greater insight and precision. I offer structured, supportive, and exam-focused tutoring that builds confidence and leads to strong results.
Teaching experience and approach:
I hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), a master’s degree in French, and a master’s in Educational Leadership and Management. I served as Head of Modern Foreign Languages for over a decade at an international school in London, where I led curriculum development and supported students in achieving strong academic outcomes. My teaching approach is:
