About:
I have over three decades of teaching experience in IB /A Level Business, Economics and Government & Politics. As an IB examiner for Economics and Business Management, and iGCSE / A Level examiner for various exam boards including AQA, CIE and OCR (Business Studies) and EdExcel (Economics), I am able to expertly guide students to prepare very specifically to the demands of each. I am approachable, and understand the needs of young people and the demands of the courses of study I teach. This, along with my wealth of experience, enables me to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals and even go beyond them.

Teaching experience and approach:
I completed my degree in Industrial Relations & Politics and Government in 1990, and have since taught IB, A Level and iGCSE Business, Economics and Politics at a wide range of educational establishments. I pride myself on making sure that all my lessons are well planned, up to date and relevant - not only in terms of content, but also with respect to changing technology. Over the past years, I have successfully adapted my classroom techniques to ensure that my online teaching is engaging and relevant. I have also developed and delivered my own introductory courses in Business and Economics, specifically for international students. My key strengths as a tutor are my communication and facilitation skills which I use to keep my students motivated and focused.
